Architectural Millwork

by Paul on May 21, 2009

ArchitecturalMillwork.com is a website based on the contents of a 1928 book published to provide architects, contractors, and home owners design suggestions for their dream house.  It has color renderings on homes and lots of drawings of suggested interior designs.  It shows entry doors, windows, stairs, etc.

Their system was based around a sandardized set of mouldings that could be used to build a variety of designs.  The pictures of those designs should help renovators replace/repair damaged woodwork in old Craftsman style homes.

The site is  only part way built, but has house plans and the moulding pictures.  Still to come are art glass windows and more interior details.
